Mounds of veggies are cooked until each is tender but retains its own personality. Onion, eggplant, bell pepper, celery, tomatoes and capers are served on crusty ciabatta bread, topped with thick slabs of fresh mozzarella. You pop them under your broiler to melt the cheese before serving. This is a meatless sandwich.

This meatless version of the American favorite Chili is packed with veggies, protein and fiber. A rainbow of bell peppers, onions, Serrano chilies, pinto, kidney and black beans, grilled zucchini and corn make it as visually beautiful as it is delicious. Served to you with cheddar cheese, sour cream and corn chips on the side. Meatless. Ask for gluten-free. Vegan without the cheese and sour cream.
